Tenet Tech has partnered with HighFlow Energy to manage the VPP sign-up and ongoing program for customers. Tenet Tech introduced you to the program, and HighFlow Energy manages the account setup, onboarding and ongoing service.
Once you complete the form, our team will review your details and set up your account. You’ll receive confirmation and the next steps by email, including any information needed to finalise your onboarding. From there, HighFlow Energy manages the rest of the process.

HighFlow electricity plans include a monthly usage allowance. Electricity used above the allowance is charged at the applicable retail rate. Eligibility depends on system specifications and location.
